This trip, Iwas given the extra mile. Iwas lent tools and directions onhow toreplace something, and they were very patient during the process. Iwas happy they had the specific part instock, and aside from afew difficulties I’d blame onthe previous owner ofthecar, the transaction and replacement went smoothly thanks tothe extra attention that was given. Ihave since been back onthe road and that issue has seemingly subsided asa result. The car has many issues, but I’m glad tocross any off that Ican along theway, and this was one ofthose times.… – show

What can you say about O'Reillys? Ineeded blinker fluid. Icoukdnt findit, but idid find everything ineeded with the assistance ofaccommodating and friendly staff.

Generally like the selection better atO'Reillys over Napa Auto. Mydad was amechanic for 40yrs and always recommended O'Reilly soI'm biased purely because ofthat. Knowledgeable clerks workingtoo.

O’Reilly ismy favorite auto parts chain. Stores are usually cleaner, better stocked with more friendly and helpful staff. Prices aren’t the best but are reasonable and better than some.

These guys know alot about mechanics it's like they actually sent them toa school where they have good suggestions for every project I've workedon. The parts are the right parts the first time some ofthe pricing here are kind ofhigh but you're getting equality part that's made inUSA she don't have tokeep replacing those cheap import ones.

Misplaced myreceipt and instead ofbeing helped asthe valued customer Iwas, Iwas told she couldn’t doanything whatsoever without areceipt. Forcing meto find aride tothe O’Reilly inAloha where they were more then glad tohelpme. This whole process offinding the purchase took attops 2minutes, which the lady atthe Hillsboro store obviously did not care tohelpme.
