I highly recommend it. If you didn't already know it wasn't a canon arc, you probably wouldn't notice all that much. It's just 10 episodes, so give it a shot.

It's the best filler arc, but that's not saying much since they're all superfluous. There's really no point in watching it since you'd just spend hours watching non-canon material when you could be watching episodes that actually have an impact on the plot instead.

it depends on why you are watching one piece, if your there for the plot then skip. if your there for the characters then watch, i personally loved it because i love the chemistry with the straw hat crew and this arc does that well and at the same time is super hilarious.

It feels like it's a canon arc. Even if you don't end up liking it it wouldn't hurt to watch it. Don't be in a rush to catch up. One piece is definitely about the journey and not the destination

It's hands down the best filler arc, and more enjoyable than some canon arcs. It's super funny, it's cute, the 'bad guys' aren't UGLY AS SIN (a huge problem with OP filler arcs- baddies and sometimes even goodies so ugly you can hardly look at them), and it actually acts as a good segway out of Skypeia.
It was so popular that Toei ended up throwing the characters into the background in later arcs, such as Marineford.

Absolutely!! If not for the best character ever, Condoriano, then because it’s really quite entertaining. It expands on the world and the marines without adding any new information and you can watch the Strawhats shine!
