Did you try the obvious of unplugging box and wait 30 seconds and plug back in? Best is to call for support, seeing this is a new animal most of us don't have it so troubleshooting isn't easy. Unless one of the "employee" anons want to help out. Other wise give a call, you might need a service call. |
